Mybmi on hold - bmi clarification in pharmacy / gp needed

Hi everyone, I completed the verification pictures and form over the weekend and yday I got an email to say the photos I sent didn’t show my weight accurately, so I now have to go to a pharmacy and get weighed etc.

Has this happened to anyone else? My bmi is 31.. and I do feel my weight is fairly obvious 😂 just wondering is it standard practice!
