30" steelfire griddle longevity/price, advice needed.

hello, I'm looking for advice. I'm looking to get rid of my blackstone 28" pro series and get something that is easier to maintain. I was looking at the solo stove griddlefire and the napoleon all stainless 30" griddle but I litteraly watched a video of the napolean stainless top doing some crazy warping. Will the solo top warp this bad being 3 ply? I have a feeling it wont. I know its only been out for a year, and the price is defenitley more than I want to pay. But it seems like my only option. Any pros/cons to the griddlefire 30 anyone can mention? Will they do any deals on it anytime soon or is $1299 with the stand the lowest it will be?
