Is there any sort of SynthV2 + Teto bundle?

Hi! So back in last year I planned to buy SynthV 1 + Teto's VB, but SynthV 2 released and then I never got to buy any. I see that SynthV is like 90€ on the Dreamtonics Website, but there isn't any option to buy Teto there so ig I'll have to buy from some external website, like DLSite.

I found this link for Teto's VB , but I wanted to ask if there are any bundles where I can buy both together? Or does it have to be separate?

Additionally, I intend to buy the VB so I can start making songs and putting them on streaming services since the Lite VBanks restrict you from doing so. Do I have to do anything special? Or by purchasing the Voicebank I can already go and distribute my music w any distributors? Or is there any specific one that I should use for using Voicebanks?

Thanks!
