Looking for Premium PG or Co-living: Viman nagar, Kharadi, Yerawada

Looking for single sharing room in a PG or co-living in Vimannagar, Kharadi, Yerawada, Kalyani Nagar or somewhere around these locations.

Budget between 10k to 30k per month. Dont suggest me 1 bhk, as I dont want hassle of renting furnitures, cooking, cleaning, brokerage payments etc. for at least 4-6 months after moving to Pune.

Priorities are:

1. Spacious private room (not 3bhk apartment style)
2. Queen sized bed (not cots🥲)
3. Study desk
4. Attached bathroom
5. Cleaning
6. Healthy food (if not provided then at least a common kitchen)
7. And basic amenities such as wifi, common refrigerator and washing machine, etc.
8. Balcony (but not an absolute necessity)

Overall I am looking for a less posh Tribe or Covie.

[ I have shortlisted Colive Vimannagar, Casa Stays, Reforbs PG, Houssed Infinity, CoHousy, Hello World, etc. as of now… any reviews kn these are also welcome]
