Only worked four days before quitting and I must say.

This was the worst fucking job I ever worked at. I did pest control for five-six years and needed a career change. I picked up Walmart cause they were desperately hiring (short staffed) and I needed quick cash. Long story short, the coaches and team lead for overnight stocking were insufferable. My first two days were fine, but by the third day the coaches and TL started heavily pressuring me. They kept going on rants about how I have to be quicker like I can learn the store in a week… the insult to injury was this one coach that is running overnight like a prison and he’s the Warden. Anytime I asked a question he would get nasty with me and act like I was his bitch. The Team Lead went from wholesome to criticizing every little thing I did.

I don’t have a problem with being managed, as they have a job to do and you need to do yours correctly. However, I barely got trained and they expected me to be a star employee off the bat. I get they have upper management to deal with, but really? You give the employees a few days to figure everything out then it’s ground zero?
