New to giardia, any advice?

I adopted a new chinnie three days ago and today at the vet we found out she has giardia. The test showed a faint line, but still positive. She's on meds now and her stool has been completely normal since I got her so I feel optimistic about her recovery. The vet didn't give me instructions about her cage but so far I've thrown out all wooden toys and stuff and both fleece covers I was using. Is there anything else I should know or any advice you can give me? (She's 3 btw)
