Real time listening not working in one of my accounts

I have 2 accounts on instagram, at one I can use the real time listening to show the musics I'm listening, at the other its just start to infinity loading or not even appear the option. I'd tried unlink spotify, logout Instagram, logout spotify, reset Instagram's cache, uninstall both, use just one Account, check if I have a restriction, but nothing worked, and the support service its almost inexistent. Can someone help me?
