What to build on TK support

Recently I've had a good climb as support main from iron to Gold this half year playing mainly TK.

But in Gold I'm starting to struggle and keep wondering about my build on TK (HS, boots, spirit visage or thornmail, ...). At the moment I'm even relying on other champs as my comfort pick because of the struggle on TK.

I keep seeing HS recommend for TK on support as first Item, but it is an expensive one and TK on support feels not that tanky compared to TK top or even other support tanks.

Any suggestions on a good tanky build using other items/build order or een another type of build?
