What can I use if I wanna ice skate during the winter?

I don’t have many interests, and usually when something occupies me it goes away after a few days, but for a month or so I’ve had this insane want to start ice figure skating.

The problem is that I’m almost 17 years old and have never ice skated before. I live in a country that’s literally famous for beaches and summer.

I was thinking of picking up roller skating in summer and seeing how much of that stuff I can pass to a ring in winter. I have no options for coaches or lessons since ice rings are open for a month max in my country.

What skates should I use if I wanna practise like that, on the road and on parks? I was thinking the ones that you can slap into shoes but I feel like they’re not good enough
