Hp omen max 16 won't turn on

Hp omen max 16 /core ultra 7 / rtx 5080

The laptop was plugged in as usual I went to turn it on logo lit up windows opened for a split second and the laptop turned off

The charging led does light up at all when connected the power button does nothing holding for a minute or more

Also tried opening up and removing the battery still nothing no charger led or any signs of life

Anyone have an idea what's going on here ?

The issue is that a friend got me the laptop from usa during sales and I live in egypt so I dont know what to do warranty wise if I can't fix it
