Stopped playing in late 2017 and want to make a return, need help on knowing some resources

Back then I had basically everything that was meta, every frame/prime (except for Excalibur Prime), all the weapons from syndicates to primes (I think I quit just as soma prime was being vaulted). So jumping back into things shouldn’t be too rough.

Back then there was a google doc that my friends and I used a general guide on optimized builds. I also used to follow the channels of AGGP and QuiteShallow, both of which seem kinda gone at this point. What channels typically have solid builds and guides? I know my old main (Ember) got a rework but I never really followed up to see the community’s reaction on that. I also played valkyr (for solo void runs) and was getting into Octavia when I quit, are any of these still considered good?
