What is ACTUALLY required when landing in Bali?

As the title states, I’m slightly confused on what I actually need or should have done before landing in Bali.

For context, wife and I are heading to Bali in 2 days and I’m trying to figure out what I can get done before heading over.

So far, I understand I can get my EVOA via the official website (using go.id link), but it gives me a few options. I am there for 2 weeks so I’m assuming that’s B1 visa, can anyone confirm?

Is there a separate tourist levy I need to pay? Can I also do my declaration online?

If anyone can lay out the exact things I should do to make my landing as simple as possible, that would be appreciated. All the posts are in parts and pieces so I hope this serves as a one stop shop for future travellers as well.
