Finally tried Osmotic flow v60

So recently I bought a 500g bag of Siruvani coffee from Amazon, which also happens to be my daily driver, usually the roast level is perfect medium BUT this time I got a medium-dark, so to decrease the bitterness/ smokiness, I’ve been tinkering with techniques such as lowering temp, going coarser, then I stumbled upon the Osmotic flow which typically needs super dark roast (ol smoky should do), but since my coffee is also significantly dark, I went with it and the results are great!! I may have messed up in some parameters but still I got a significantly decent and a more complex cup outta this technique, 10/10 would recommend (only if you have the patience)
