Is FIFA resell platform 100% safe place to buy tickets?

As all the tickets got sold for the games I wanted to see, before that I tried to buy it through the official website but the algorithm never gave me that one game I wanted; I think resell market is my last option. Does anyone have any experiences with buying tickets form FIFA resell market?

Will I get my ticket immediately after purchasing one? I think I will need one as a proof to enter the USA when the WC starts.
