All in one or Separate setup?
I’m planning to upgrade from a Vantro and looking to build a good espresso setup under 1 lakh. I’m currently deciding between:
Option 1:
Sage Barista Express Impress (built-in grinder + assisted tamping)
Option 2:
Separate setup something like Gaggia Classic Evo / similar machine (open to suggestions) + DF54 grinder
I mostly drink milk-based coffees, not straight espresso. I’m leaning towards the Sage because of convenience and workflow, and I’m okay with a slight drop in quality as long as it’s not a major difference.
My main question:
👉 Is the Sage machine “good enough” for consistent daily milk-based drinks long-term?
👉 Or is the separate setup better?
