Recommend going back to 81 gear.

For those of you like me who struggle with 86 gear and already scrapped their 81 previous BEST IN SLOT GEAR.... thinking "meh, sure I'll doing it again.." I HIGHLY recommend going back to 81 gear and start rerolling new pieces as 86 is absolutely abysmal. Even starting with new items the drop rates of BIS stats is xtimes better compared to 86.
