I recently got a full blood work done to understand my hair fall.

Checked everything — iron, zinc, vitamin D, B12, and other hair-related parameters.

All of them came back in a good range.

On top of that, my lifestyle is also pretty sorted:

No major stress

Proper sleep

Very limited partying over the past few months

So on paper, everything looks fine.

But in reality, it’s the opposite.

My hair is clearly thinning, and I notice hair fall every single day — on my pillow, in the basin, while washing… it’s constant and very noticeable now.

That’s what’s confusing me the most.

If nutrition is fine and lifestyle is fine, then what’s actually causing this?

I’ve read a lot about Androgenetic Alopecia, and I’m starting to feel like that might be the reason.

The thing is, I’m hesitant to start Minoxidil.

Mainly because:

It requires long-term regular usage

Stopping it can reverse gains

I’ve seen some “after stopping” results that look scary

So I’m kind of stuck right now.

Not sure:

Whether to start treatment

Or wait and monitor

Or try something else first

Would really appreciate advice from people who’ve gone through this or understand it well.

What should I do at this stage?
