Suggestions for Accesories

Hey everyone,

I recently posted here asking for cycle suggestions and after comparing a lot of options, I’ve decided to go ahead with the Riverside 120 for my daily use (around 8–10 km commute).

I’ll be visiting the Decathlon store soon to test ride and finalize it.

Now I need some help with accessories 👇

Since the Riverside 120 doesn’t come with basic add-ons like a kickstand, mudguards, bell, etc., I’m planning to buy them separately along with a few essentials:

Planned accessories:

- Kickstand

- Mudguards

- Bell

- Front headlight & rear tail light

- Phone mount

- Helmet

Budget:

Cycle is around ₹12K, and I can spend ~₹3K extra on accessories.

Questions:

1. What are the must-have accessories vs nice-to-have?

2. Should I buy everything from Decathlon or mix (Amazon/local shop)?

3. Any specific brands/models you recommend within budget?

4. Anything I’m missing for daily commuting (I’ll be carrying a laptop backpack too)?
