The Division 2 Ubisoft Connect not launching

Hello everyone,

I have ~60 hours on the Division from when it came out, and i started playing the new Resurgence game. So i decided to try out The Division 2 since i never got to play it.

So i opened the Ubisoft Connect app and downloaded the game, but neither The Division 2, The Division, or pretty much any other game i try to launch from the app launches.

I have tried everything i have seen online, and nothing seems to work.
Things I have tried:

DX11 in the launch options

Run as admin

Run Ubisoft Connect as admin and then launching the game

Uninstall - Reinstall of both the app and the game multiple times

Disabling virtualization

Disabling Game Bar

Nothing seems to work and i am getting desperate.

There must not be a DX12 issue, as i tried Cyberpunk and runs fine.

It also must not be an Easy Anti Cheat issue, as i also run Dead By Daylight with no issue.

It must be an Ubisoft Connect issue that i can't fix. I have tried also playing AC Chronicle Russia and Champions Tactics and both crashed right before the menu, but did actually launch.

Last time i tried an Ubisoft game was when XDefiant came out, where i played for a few hours before uninstalling.
