container house in Albania?

I know from what I've seen that Albanian housing tends toward the small side. Generally what the USA would term a 'tiny house'. So are there restrictions on putting containers on a property and converting to housing? This is what some people do here. Like is it ever done, where do I look at house requirements, etc? I am doing idle late night musing, and wandering the (probably long-sold) real estate sites. Several villages seem interesting, and a container would solve some things. I think, at least. I don't know how easy it would be to actually get one in the country. The USA seems to have an excess.
