I have a Halfling named Dragon

I needed to make a temporary NPC and looked into some name generators, "Dragon" was suggested as a surname, and I like it so much.

Now I decided to make him a full character (with PC statblock and all), I wanna make it iconic, or ironic, but functional and true to the name. I mostly prefer to keep the original ability scores as is for Halfling.

Can I get some ideas?
