I’ve noticed a lot of companies try to slip broad non-competes, one-sided confidentiality terms, or weird IP-grab clauses into standard "boilerplate" NDAs.

I recently built SimpleNDA to catch this without needing to pay a lawyer hundreds of dollars for a routine document.

You upload your document (PDF, DOCX, MD, or TXT). The AI then runs it through the NDA-10 Framework™ which checks for 10 standard components, scans for 7 red flag patterns, and does a "Reciprocity Analysis" to tell you instantly if the obligations favor the discloser. It also gives you common negotiation positions so you can push back effectively.

Privacy note: The system uses Zero-Knowledge Encryption. Your files are encrypted on your device before upload, and we use Zero-retention AI, meaning your data is purged after the analysis. We literally cannot read your files.
