Center brake light seal replacement

2nd time to the dealer to get this fixed on my 2026 Elite. I think the first time they just pushed it back into place.

Can anyone tell me where I could find the parts list/diagram of the rear center brake light?

I'm trying to figure what that part really is. I suspect it's a seal to keep water out of the brake light assembly. Was there a splice there? Is it supposed to be one continuous piece? Any ideas? Thanks!
