Emil Simmons Question

We all know and love her for her utility. But I have a question. You know that Emily Simmons uses her Zero System ability to deal dmg and move to next area etc this her most integral skill.Well with a supporter like Fuuma Yukina does her dmg from Zero System get affected by Yukina's passive ''Increase Skill damage by 20%''(Because Zero System is technically a skill) or it only works on non-automatic active skills like her axe ability or maybe even automatic homing missiles Emil has?
