If someone in my family group gets banned, will my account/console get banned as well?

Its a bit of a weird situation because a friend of mine, which is in my family group, started talking about hacking his console. I told him that if he wants to do it he first has to tell me so i can remove him from the group just in case.

But im kinda scared he will just, not tell me. If he ever get banned for hacking his Switch, will that affect any another account in the family group? Keep in mind that im both the administrator and the one who pays for it, so im the "main" one linked to the family group.
