[APP] Health Journal – Track Hospital Visits & Set Medical Reminders

Hi everyone,

I developed an Android app called Health Journal to help users manage hospital visits and stay on top of important medical reminders.

Keeping track of doctor visits, prescriptions, and follow-ups can be difficult. This app is designed to organize everything in one place.
