İdmss and dmss issue

Hi, I added IP cameras from other brands to my Dahua recording device. I had the iDMSS Lite app on my phone and I could monitor without any problems using it, but when I downloaded the DMSS app to monitor from another phone, I could only view past recordings, not live footage. How can I solve this?
