Verification For Clause B students Help

I'm a Clause B student and I'm really confused about the document verification part. I thought my college was going to verify the documents for me since I've given them every single one of them, but just now they told me that I need to contact the KEA department for verification. And now I can't even download the Registration part. Please help.
