I can’t pay for a restaurant meal due to an overdue bill, what do I do?

I had $230 left over so I went to a restaurant, then I had to pay off a bill which was $190 and the meal itself is $60 and you only pay after you finish your meal.

Now I’m just sitting here embarrassed, what do I do? Im not gonna bail.
