Need supplier

Alright lads, need some proper advice here. We've been dealing with Lewden for a while now, and honestly, it's starting to look a bit dodge. Seems like they're only supplying through Screwfix and Octopus these days, which is fair enough, but here's the kicker: the kit that rocks up to our site isn't always in mint condition. We're getting gear that looks like it's already been round the block a few times, if you know what I mean.

Is this company circling the drain, or what? Anyone else had the same grief with them lately? Genuinely wondering if we should be looking elsewhere before this gets worse. Who are you lot using for reliable kit that actually turns up fresh out the box? Cheers for any pointers.
