A faculty who did his MTech from Bits Pilani

There is this faculty in the electrical department who did his MTech from BITS , he doesn't even deserve to be here though. Mostly he is here only because of connection with a senior faculty. Everyone was expecting him to be knowledgeable, then realised his MTech was online 🙄. Mostly work integrated MTech from BITS. How come such people even get hired here . He himself doesn't know anything and is very biased, randomly gives marks. He is a very egoistic and dimwit guy.
