Arcane Cultist , skill level issues

Good morning World,

Im now pushing AC and hard stuck on Purple mushrooms 1st map world 4,

and my max skill lvl is 342 for whatever reason i feel like i have all the necessary items.

Atom upgrades, sailing artifact salt lick kinda everything is a bit short but even if it would be max i cant see being close to 400 skill lv to upgrade tentacle eye.

https://xiwh.idleonefficiency.com my profile maybe someone can find something i missed.

Thank you a lot. im like beginner beginner but still.
