Can anyone explain the energy gain differences between E0 & E1 Yao Guang for Evanescia?

Does 40 Punchline from 3 Elation teammates after Yao Guang uses ultimate give more Certified Bangers/Energy compared to 20 Punchline? If so, how much does 20 Punchline give, and how much does 40 Punchline give?
