Hi, I received a text message yesterday from TPH Law, it said my name and everything. It said:

I haven’t received any mail yet since yesterday was a holiday. I do have a pretty high debt that was due to my abusive ex racking up my credit card. I’m a single mother of 3, I’m not working right now, I have no assets, and there’s absolutely no way I can afford that debt. It’ll be 2 years in August or September since it has gone to collections. I guess my questions are what will happen in between now and then since the statute of limitations in Ontario is only 2 years. I’ve inquired about applying for bankruptcy but right now I can’t afford to do $200 payments every month (I think it’s kind of ironic you have to pay to be bankrupt). Anyways, any advice or help would be great. I never thought I’d be in this situation so please be kind. Thanks.
