Is my piercing healed?

I've had a lip piercing for about half a year now. I get no crusties anymore, no swelling and no pain, but there is some redness. I use internally threaded labret jewelery (idk if thats the right name but it's just the regular straight bar you get put in at first). I've obviously downsized already and I usually just wash it with water and dry it afterwards.

I sadly don't have any photos bc my camera sucks, but it's just slightly red around the jewelery. English isn't my first language, so sorry if there's some bad formulation or grammar :')
