removing an account or post

ok so, around 2024 a post was made about me defaming me and posting information about me that i didn’t consent to having been posted (photos of me, my real name, etc etc), another post was made in 2025, doing the same thing.

i asked the first person to take the post down and i was blocked. i’m not sure where to go from here? do i seek legal action? its genuinely effecting my mental health to a detrimental extent, so much that i’ve attempted to take my life due to it making me lose all my friends and not being able to feel safe offline and online. made my paranoia and anxiety and depression the worst its ever been LOL. i genuinely dont know what i can do since twitter isnt much help when it comes to reporting.
