ADHD problem - How is the beginning of the game?

I just remembered this game exists and I would like to start it in a few days when I'm done with my current game.

How is the beginning of the game? I hate it when the games starts and there are constant interruptions with cutscenes, dialogue, etc. I like the game that gets you into the story/tutorial smoothly. How long does it take for the game to ramp up and let you do whatever you want?
