What to do? Stay or Grab?

Problem/Goal: I am currently employed po, 1 yr. & 1 month na and nag hahanap po ako ng bago work. I applied sa nakita ko na job posting and did an initial interview with HR. Na-discuss naman lahat kasama yung compensation and may final interview with Hiring Manager which is scheduled tomorrow agad (ngauon lang initial interview). Ang hirap mag decide if i-pu push ko ba.

I'm currently employed with basic salary around 22k and 3k hazard pay plus overtime and living allowance na 1k every month (pwede rice and grocery), with HMO and life insurance also. Yung work ko ngayon is medyo malayo sa bahay namin kaya need mag commute siguro around 2k-3k ang pamasahe in a month. Yung bago ko na inapplyan ay 10 mins walk lang from home, they're offering around 17k plus hazard pay, with Day1 HMO and upon rrgularization pwede mag add ng 1 dependent sa HMO and may life insurance din. Rice subsidy also (every 3 mos. kanila). Ang isa pa na iniisip ko ay, I need to render 1 month sa current job ko if I accept the job offer but the HR said na urgent ang position kung di daw ba pwede na 1 week or 2 weeks lang to render.
