Refusing refund by MakeMyTrip . Need legal advice.

Hi there,

Firstly I needed to share with you the bad experience I have faced with MakeMyTrip refund. I made a booking and paid via UPI. Despite payment being successful I never got the confirmation, and their customer care ivr menu is complex. It has been more than 7 days , no refund even reaching out to them via twitter is not fruitful. This process is giving me mental stress, I feel helpless, is there a way to take legal action and how much time and money will it cost me for legal action? Can MakeMyTrip compensate me for such harassment and trouble ?
