Need DDR4 motherboard that can handle and work well with a 14th gen intel cpu

i am a 3d artist so i deal with alot of high res meshes ive been stuck on Intel Core i7 7700 for years now and now im finally making a drastic upgrade but the ram prices make ddr5 completely impossible because i need atleast 64 gb of ram (which i own in ddr4 but my current motherboard cant take it) i really want a 14th gen intel cpu but google is saying z790 motherboards are the best for them but they literally do not have ddr4 variants they dont exist so what 14th gen cpu can go well with a b760?
