Where do you usually find ready-made landing page templates that are easy to adapt?

Lately, I’ve been taking on more lead-gen projects than my current workflow can handle. While I love the strategy side of things, I am spending way too much time in the "design weeds" trying to make basic layouts look modern and clean. My goal is to find a reliable source for landing page templates that I can just skin and launch in an afternoon instead of a week.

Efficiency is the only way I can keep these clients happy without losing my mind, so I’m looking for something that is actually plug-and-play. I've tried a few marketplaces before, but half the time the mobile version is a disaster or the code is so bloated it kills the page speed.

And here is what I’m curious about:

\- What are your go-to sites for layouts that don't require a master's degree in web design to edit?

\- Do you prefer templates that are specific to a builder, or do you look for raw HTML/CSS options?

\- How do you verify if a template is actually optimized for conversions before you buy it?

\- Are there any specific "red flags" you look for when browsing these marketplaces?

\- Is it worth paying for a premium subscription service, or do you just buy them one by one as needed?

I really appreciate any pointers you guys can share!
