Handicap calculation for all members of a club

Is there a way to determine the handicap calculation source for every member in a club? We have 144 seniors and would like to be certain they are all using Squabbit as the source to calculate handicaps. Could this be added to the .csv member file download or added as a column under Member fields? Or an admin setting that forces Squabbit as the source?
