Does each World Dungeon Entrance lead to a consistent, specific dungeon location?

Hi all!

Context for my question: It's January 3rd (probably 2023). In the UK, glowy dungeon entrances open for an hour at approx. 10:30-11:30AM. Say there's one in my city centre and many individuals and groups enter over the hour.

*QUESTION*

* Do they all end up at the exact same location in the World Dungeon?

* Or, do they generally end up in the same location if entering around the same time, but otherwise will just end up in the same section of dungeon (in this instance, I assume it's the UK or Western Europe dungeon, for instance).

*ASSUMPTION*

I'm assuming it's the former, as at one point in Book 1 I believe it's assumed it may somewhat mirror the city/geographical structure above, but I'm unsure if we've ever had a clearer picture.

Given how everything else seems to work, these things are probably portals rather than actual doors, and the idea of families/locals being split up a bit more feels semi-thematic..

*WHY?*

I'm writing a somewhat grim and brutal D100 TTRPG for friends, trying to capture the bizarre horror of the experience of the first three floors (initially). I'm totally aware of the official TTRPG (which I've backed), but... I kinda wanted to focus on "the unlucky millions" rather than stars of the show, which I think the official TTRPG may understandably lean into more. Cos I'm mean.

Thanks! :)
