Watch

Can anyone recommend a smart watch for an elderly person? It doesn't need a wallet or texting etc. I just need something to focus more on health tracking, heart monitoring, O2, sleep monitoring etc. I see ones advertised by companies for fall alerts and I always pause at certain things targeting elderly people. I feel like alot of those ads just over promise and suck elderly ppl into buying whatever. I just need information to keep track of things and possibly give the doctors if something should arise. Unfortunately I'm not a huge tech person and there are millions of different brands out there. I'm overwhelmed enough and do not have the time to comb through every watch. If there is a reputable website that has information I'm fine reading about the best rated ones and choosing from that but I feel like alot of those websites are paid to say a product is good. It's like you can't trust reviews or anything these days. I prefer to go by word of mouth and don't know where else to ask this question. Thank you.
