Os client “play now” button not clickable

Hello everyone, just looking to see if anyone has the same problem here. My phone starts up the game well, runelite works, but the original client is not working on both of my computers I can launch the os client and switch worlds and all but the play now button is dead. I’ve cleared my cashe reinstalled the game, tested to see if it was a internet problem but my hotspot worked for runelite so I don’t believe it’s a internet issue, I’ve ended all game sessions because I play on both computers nothing is seeming to work, I know I could play on runelite but I just don’t enjoy the game when I do. Lmk if you’ve got a fix
