Shaving advice

I struggle to get properly clean shaven. I use shaving gel on my face before and a 3-blade gillette razor, and shave with then against the grain, but I still have a bit of a stubble.

I'm fairly new to shaving so idk if I'm doing it wrong. does anyone have advice 😭
