Peeping Tom Doughiska

Tall teenager black hair wearing white jeans and black hoodie with large orange logo on back accompanied by 2 shorter youths was looking into windows of homes in Tuir Uisce last night at 10pm. Smashed up a child’s swing and tried to break a tree. Say they were under the influence of something! Asked to leave area and became abusive. Parents need to have a serious chat with him.. might look into the wrong house next time. Rant over thank you.
