Safe way to remove mold from a water bottle lid (no bleach)?

Hey all,

I accidentally left my water bottle sitting on my desk for about 1–2 months with some water + Liquid IV powder in it 😬 Now there’s mold in the lid, especially in the small crevices.

I’m hesitant to use bleach since it’s something I drink from. Is there a safe and effective way to clean it (vinegar, hot soapy water, etc.), or is that not enough once mold gets into tight spaces?

At this point, would you try to clean it or just replace it? I’m considering checking online (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Etsy) for a new lid/bottle instead.
