Need to reach someone on carnival jubilee that is sailing now

a member of family on land has died. I need to reach someone on carnival jubilee that sailed out of Galveston on 4/4 to tell them about the funeral which is on the day the ship returns to Galveston. they need to alter their plans to get home after the cruise docks so they can attend the funeral which is this coming Saturday.

I've tried calling, texting, Facebook messenger and Whatsapp, with no reply. is there really no way to reach these folks?

any ideas are super appreciated!
