Follow up mri friday

well I have a follow up mri scheduled for Friday. I was admitted for low sodium in February in the er, and treated and sent home. They found a 3mm cerebellar tonsillar ectopia and partially empty sella on my head mri, they've ordered a pituitary one now because my cortisol at 9 am is 12.5 and acth 7. Rheumy had me discontinue fluoxetine and pantoprazole and now it's the second week of April.

Symptoms are dizziness, brain fog, unsteady feeling when I walk, I'm so damn emotional, sleep like a dead person but wake up feeling like I need a whole nother night's sleep, headache wrapped around my head at my temples which loves to throb and pulse and click in my ears. I've got a feeling of a lump in my throat that when I turn my head will be easier or harder to swallow around, depending on direction. when I stand up or exert myself I feel like I'm going to pass out. y'all, is this forever?! fuck! I'm 41!

I'm so freaking nervous to go to the endo and get told my numbers are within normal limits and I'm just fine and it's in my head and blah blah blah.

I don't even know what I'm looking for here, advice? commiserate with me? anyone have tips for getting through until I see the endo? questions I should ask or things that make you run from or to a certain endo?
